External Context

External context is a context. It contains data. Those data describe the state of the world. They are not relative to a given scenario. However, data in the external context can be modified by a scenario.

Eg: An external context can contain the number of trees present in a forest. If a scenario leads to the loss of trees, the number of tree will be reduced. Other scenarios may be impacted.
